2. Products

  • All plants are sold in tissue culture (TC) unless otherwise stated.

  • TC plants arrive in sterile vessels and require acclimation at home.

  • We provide guidance and optional acclimation kits to help your plants thrive.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability.

  • Prices are correct at the time of order, but we reserve the right to correct errors.

  • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and courier.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

  • We recommend removing TC plants from their vessel within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if a plant arrives dead or damaged.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the delicate nature of TC plants, returns are not accepted once the plant has been removed from its vessel.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or faulty plants on arrival.

  • All claims for damaged or dead-on-arrival plants must be made within 3 days of delivery.

6. Disclaimer / Liability

  • Plants are delicate and require proper care; success depends on environmental conditions and handling.

  • Once a plant has been removed from its sterile vessel, we cannot guarantee survival.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of plants.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Consumer Rights
