Shipping Information
All plants are shipped in tissue culture (TC) unless otherwise stated.
TC plants arrive in sterile vessels and require careful handling.
All plants will be shipped with 24-hour delivery via a courier of our choosing to ensure they arrive quickly and safely.
Other products (acclimation kits, supplies, accessories) will be shipped with 48-hour delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment.
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
Recommended care upon delivery: Remove TC plants from their vessel within 3 days to maximise survival.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All plants are carefully packaged to minimise damage during transit.
Returns & Refunds
Because tissue culture plants are delicate, we have the following policy:
Dead or Damaged on Arrival
If your plant arrives dead, damaged, or in poor condition, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include photos of the plant and packaging.
Eligible claims will be offered a replacement or full refund.
Acclimated or Removed Plants
Once a plant has been removed from its sterile vessel, we cannot guarantee survival.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for plants removed from the vessel, even if they fail to acclimate.
Acclimation Support
Guidance and optional Acclimation Kits are available to help your plants adjust to home conditions.
While kits increase the chances of survival, success cannot be guaranteed due to differences in home environments.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to other countries, sorry :(
