1. Shipping & Handling

  • All plants are shipped as tissue culture (TC) plants unless stated otherwise.

  • TC plants arrive in sterile vessels and must be handled carefully.

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of payment.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location; please ensure someone can receive your package.

  • Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

2. Acclimation & Care Guidance

  • TC plants are delicate and require acclimation at home.

  • We recommend removing the plant from its vessel within 3 days of delivery to maximize survival chances.

  • Guidance and optional Acclimation Kits are available to support the process.

  • Once the plant has been removed from the vessel, we cannot guarantee its survival.

3. Damaged or Dead on Arrival

  • If a plant arrives dead or damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We may request photos for verification.

  • Eligible claims will be offered a replacement or refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the fragile nature of TC plants, returns are generally not accepted once a plant has been removed from its vessel.

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for damaged or faulty plants on arrival, as outlined above.

  • For all other issues, we are happy to provide advice, guidance, and resources to support plant survival.

5. Responsibility Disclaimer

  • We take every precaution to deliver healthy, lab-clean plants.

  • Once a plant is removed from its sterile vessel, we cannot accept responsibility for its survival.

  • Success depends on environmental conditions, care, and acclimation methods.
